Q. Where is the REQUEST PAYMENT button? A. There isn’t any request payment button. We pay automatically each Monday Eastern Time (GMT -5) if you have reached the minimum balance needed for payment the day before.
Q. It’s Monday and I haven’t received my payment yet. Where is my payment? A. "We make payments every Monday on Eastern Time (GMT -5) by alphabetical order. All payments will be completed around Monday 7:00 PM SERVER TIME. Please remember that the time of the day changes according to the place where you live. If you live in Asia or Oceania it’s probable that your payment will arrive on Tuesday. In some cases, there could be some problems with your payment information. Please look for any payment process messages in Profile and Payments."
Q. It’s Monday and I have reached the minimum balance needed for payment. Why haven’t I been paid yet? A. We pay according to the accumulated balance that you have earned before Monday AST (GMT -4). This means that you must reach the minimum balance before Sunday 23:59 AST (GMT -4). If you haven’t reached minimum balance needed for payment, you will be paid on a later week when you reach the minimum balance.
Q. I have an error that says "You are not logged in to your account". Why is this? A. If you have this error is because you have been temporarily suspended. You might have been pressing “Don’t Know” too many times. Please read the "Rules" page before proceeding. Your account will be reactivated in a few minutes. But if you continue with these activities, your account may be permanently suspended.
Q. My account is banned because of Kickouts. Why? A. It seems that you haven’t been working fast enough. The image timer is running out before you submit the text. Please send us an email if you’re getting kicked out before the timer expires or when you’re not working on images. In all other cases, please try to work faster.
Q. Images are not showing up fast enough. The timer starts and the image takes a few seconds to appear! Why is this? A. Make sure you have a fast enough (at least 1Mb) Internet connection and that you are not running anything else on your computer that could consume extra bandwidth. It's also recommended to use Google Chrome browser. Additionally, you could try a Boost pack to get images faster. If you have done this and you are still not getting images on time, feel free to contact Support.
Q. I want to change my payment details. How can I do this? A.For you to change your payment method, please navigate to "Profile and Payments" and click "Change Your Payment Method", on the "Payments" section. Please note that following information is required to complete the change: Account password. Old account address or ID. Name on the account (if you do not remember the exact name, still try to put something that resembles it)
Q. My payment got a fee deducted. Why do you deduct part of my payment? A. Some of the payment options we have charge a transaction fee. When receiving payment, these fees will be deducted from your account. The fees you have to pay sometimes vary according to the country that you live in. Please take into account that these fees are not collected by us, they are collected by the payment processor that you selected.
